Terms
The terms for
using this site.
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of recolere.in, operated by Recolere LLP (“Recolere”). By using the site you accept them.
What this website is
This site describes applied-psychology workshops for organisations and lets you send an enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve a booking. Any engagement begins only when we agree scope and commercials with you in writing.
Not therapy, and not advice for individuals
Our workshops are psychoeducation and skills training. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, diagnostic or treatment advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you need individual support, please consult a qualified practitioner.
If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a helpline in your area rather than relying on information here.
Pricing and proposals
The site does not publish pricing. Programmes are curated per organisation, and commercials are provided in a written proposal. Any figure discussed informally is indicative until confirmed in that proposal.
Our content
The text, module and topic descriptions, illustrations and design on this site belong to Recolere and may not be copied, republished or used to build a competing offering without our written permission. Named frameworks such as CBT and REBT are the work of their original authors and are referenced, not owned by us.
What you agree not to do
- Submit false information or another person’s details without their permission
- Use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited marketing
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Copy the catalogue content for commercial reuse
Accuracy and availability
We keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. Module content, durations and audiences may change as the catalogue develops.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Recolere is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur shall have jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page. Questions: connect@recolere.in.
