How we handle
your information.

This policy explains what information Recolere LLP (“Recolere”, “we”, “us”) collects through recolere.in, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website only.

Recolere LLP is registered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through an enquiry form or by email:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your organisation’s name
• Your job role, if you provide it
• Your phone number, if you provide it
• Your industry and the workshop modules you selected
• Anything you write in the free-text box

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell contact data. Our web host records standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and diagnostics, as virtually all web servers do.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a workshop proposal for your organisation. That is the only purpose. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without asking you first.

Workshop participants

This website does not collect information about workshop participants. Separately, our workshops are psychoeducation and skills training: we use no clinical instruments, personality tests or screening tools on participants, and we produce no individual psychological reports.

Where an organisation opts for our separate 1:1 psychotherapy service, that service is provided by qualified practitioners under their own professional confidentiality obligations, and is not covered by this website policy.

How your information is stored

Enquiries are emailed to our business mailbox and a copy is written to a private log on our web hosting in India, so an enquiry is not lost if an email fails to arrive. That location is not reachable from the public internet and access is limited to the founding partners.

We keep enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Where an organisation becomes a client, the records relating to that engagement are governed by our agreement with them and by applicable accounting and tax requirements.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties for their own purposes. It is handled by our web hosting and email provider purely so the website and our email can function.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to connect@recolere.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add website analytics later, we will update this policy first.
