FAQs

Questions we get,
answered plainly.

What the workshops do and don't do, where the boundaries sit, how programmes are put together, and what they cost. If your question isn't here, the enquiry form takes free text.

What these workshops are

The workshops work on the emotional layer of business problems — the layer that predominantly drives how people respond, and one that is rarely addressed. They are not designed to hand you solutions to business problems directly.

Instead, they help people hold a better emotional state, from which decisions tend to be more logically sound and grounded in reality — improving problem-solving, decision-making, overall productivity and quality. With the appropriate audience inside your organisation, we can also discuss best practices in attitudes, processes and culture that align with the theories, principles and research of psychology, particularly CBT and REBT.

Three ways. First, the content is grounded in named, evidence-based clinical frameworks — CBT and REBT — rather than generic models or pop-psychology.

Second, most training targets skills and processes; ours targets the emotional responses that decide whether those skills show up in real situations.

Third, the material is curated for your industry's own challenges, in its own vocabulary, so participants recognise their actual working reality rather than a generic example with your logo on it.

CBT and REBT are the most extensively researched frameworks in the cognitive-behavioural tradition, and we build on them for four reasons: they're scientific and evidence-based; structured and replicable, so they can be taught rather than left to a practitioner's intuition; present-oriented, addressing the situation in front of a person now; and skill-based, equipping people with reusable tools.

CT-R (Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy) and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) are specialised evolutions of the same tradition. We draw on them where they add value — CT-R for its strengths-and-aspirations orientation, MBCT for attention and rumination — always as psychoeducation and skills training, never as therapy or treatment.

The content is built on the principles of CBT, REBT, MBCT, CT-R, etc., which share a cognitive model: it is not the situation itself, but what you think of the situation, that causes emotional disturbance. So the focus of improvement stays on thoughts, beliefs and behaviour.

The material is designed to hold both realities at once — individual mental health, and the realities and practical asks of a business. Delivery is interactive, aimed at building comprehensive understanding among participants. Content is also curated for different audiences within the organisation — all employees, managers, leaders — which is specified in the structure of each module.

By design, not translation. Hierarchy and how it shapes speaking up; face and shame dynamics; work–identity fusion; family-business realities; collectivist framing of teams — these shape the examples, cases and delivery style throughout. This is not a Western programme localised with Indian names.

Boundaries and privacy

No. The workshops are psychoeducation and skills training: they teach evidence-based frameworks and practical techniques for everyday work situations. There is no diagnosis, no treatment and no clinical screening.

Where organisations may need individual support beyond a workshop's scope, they can opt for our separate service — confidential 1:1 access for employees to our network of qualified CBT/REBT psychotherapists.

No. Sessions are interactive, but participation is designed around work situations and general patterns of thinking — not personal disclosure. Nobody is singled out, put on the spot, or asked to reveal anything private. Participants apply the tools to their own situations privately; what they choose to share is entirely up to them.

No. We use no clinical instruments, personality tests or screening tools on participants, and we produce no individual psychological reports. Anything discussed in a session is treated as learning material, not assessment data.

Choosing your programme

In the Workshops tab, choose your industry and you'll see the modules relevant to it, along with their topics. Personal Productivity — Basic comes first: it is the foundation module, because it prepares the base of CBT and REBT that subsequent modules rely on.

Select the other modules you find relatable, and use the box below the list to tell us anything you'd like to add or modify. Based on the details you furnish, we prepare the optimal programme that fulfils your requirements and revert on your email.

A Sector module is organised around your industry — the content assumes the realities of, say, healthcare, banking or aviation. A Function module is organised around a professional role that exists across industries — currently Sales, and HR & People Operations — because a sales rep's quota anxiety looks much the same whether the company sells software or steel.

It builds the foundation everything else stands on: the thought–emotion–behaviour link at the core of CBT and REBT. The applied modules assume this literacy. Starting with the foundation module is what keeps every module after it genuinely applicable.

Each module specifies its audience — all employees, managers and leaders, leaders, or sector- and function-specific roles such as founders, HR professionals or sales teams.

Mixing levels is sometimes appropriate and sometimes counterproductive — a session on managing people lands differently when the people being managed are in the room — so we advise on composition during curation.

Typically, each module in the generic categories — Personal Productivity, Managing People, Building Work Culture — can have different durations, ranging from 2 to 4 hours.

Sector and function modules vary more. Their duration depends on the industry or team function, the nature of the business problems, and how much of the relevant base has already been covered in the generic modules you've opted for.

Commercials and delivery

Pricing is proposal-based, because programmes are curated — scope, module mix, depth, audience and duration vary considerably between organisations. Submit an enquiry through the Workshops tab with your selections and context, and the proposal you receive by email will include commercials for your specific programme.

We deliver in-person, virtual and hybrid. We tend to recommend in-person wherever it is practical — the interaction and practice generally land more fully in a shared room.

Sessions run in English, and we deliver across India.

Group size is agreed during curation rather than capped in advance: we adapt the number of trainers, batches and session days to the size and mix of your audience.

Honestly: we won't promise metrics we can't evidence, and we don't manufacture outcome statistics. What we can do is agree observable indicators with you up front — the behaviours, friction points or team patterns you'd want to see shift — and structure participant feedback around them.

As our client base grows, so will our evidence base; until then we'd rather earn proof than invent it.
